Biography
Gavin David Magaziner, born Miami, FL; admitted to the Florida Bar, 2005.
Prior to joining this firm, Mr. Magaziner represented clients in complex criminal matters as an Assistant Public Defender for over six years. He has been counsel in approximately 30 trials, acting as lead counsel in over half of them. He has also spent seven years in the military and is currently a Captain in the Florida Army National Guard Judge Advocate General's Corps. As a JAG, Mr. Magaziner has litigated both in defense and prosecutorial roles, directed special investigations involving military justice, and served as liaison between the Florida Army National Guard and outside government agencies.
Mr. Magaziner practices primarily in first-party and third-party insurance defense, including insurance coverage litigation, property insurance claims, and sinkhole litigation.
