For Attorney Position:

Magaziner Law, P.A., a Construction Law and Civil Litigation firm in Safety Harbor, FL, seeks a qualified litigation attorney to add to its present team. The ideal candidate should have two or more years’ experience in insurance defense or civil litigation and be experienced with billable hours/time tracking requirements. Excellent written and oral communication skills a must. Construction litigation or construction field experience a definitive plus.

Position responsibilities include transactional work as well as litigation practice. You will be expected to prepare contracts and contract documents, prepare liens, prepare discovery requests, and analyze responses, prepare and argue motions, and prepare for and attend depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials. This position is not for the timid as the complexity of these claims demands an ability to work proactively and creatively. Strong analytical, writing, research, and communication skills are valued at this firm.
